Refund policy

If there are any problem with items in your order please contact us quoting your name and order reference number or Paypal Transaction number and a member of our team will contact you to resolve the situation. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

In the event that we instruct you to return the item(s) all goods must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packing along with a copy of your invoice.

LadyLux are not responsible for the cost of shipping returns; this is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a postage that insures the item's value and delivery.

Refunds/Exchanges will only be made via Paypal once items have been received and examined by a member of the LadyLux team. Items returned for exchange will be sent out 7 days after receiving the original item.
